That’s why we’re committed to sourcing our key ingredients from local, sustainable, and ethical producers wherever possible. Nestled in a region rich with quality produce, we have access to the best local eggs, flour, milk, and more.

For those ingredients that must travel a little farther, we carefully select suppliers who prioritise people and the planet. When you enjoy one of our cakes or drinks, you can do so with confidence, knowing that only the finest, most responsibly sourced ingredients are found in every bite.

  • Cotswold Regenerative All-Purpose Flour is the first of it's kind in the UK. Matthews mills this flour from a blend of the highest quality regeneratively farmed wheats, to produce a fine consistency flour, rich in flavour.

    Regenerative farming goes beyond traditional agriculture, focusing on growing food in ways that enhance soil health and benefit the broader environment. This flour is not just an ingredient—it’s a commitment to sustainability and superior taste in every bake.

  • Unlike most vanilla products that journey through the commodity market, Heilala takes a hands-on approach, shepherding their vanilla from "bean to bottle" to ensure the highest quality, uphold sustainability, and stay true to their mission of supporting Tongan families. Ethically sourced and carefully harvested, Heilala's dedication to purpose is exemplified by becoming the world’s first vanilla company to earn B Corp Certification.

    Nuditea take great care when considering social and environmental impacts. All packaging including the teabags themselves are 100% Plastic Free and Compostable; where possible the materials are plant derived and can be disposed of alongside food waste.

  • Our soft drinks are supplied by Karma Drinks who make B Corp certified, sustainable, ethical, organic, fairtrade, plastic free and regeneratively farmed drinks. Fizzy drinks as a force for good - we're big fans of their cola, lemonade and ginger beer!

Our preparation process

We make everything in our market-based outlet located at the Five Valleys Centre, Stroud. Our kitchen and preparation area is small, but perfectly formed. We make everything by hand and our products are stored unpackaged. We do everything within our ability to minimise the risk of cross contamination, but because of our size of business we can not rule out all risk.

Our kitchen handles ingredients containing gluten (including wheat, oats, barley), peanuts, tree nuts (including pecans, pistachio’s, hazelnuts and coconut), milk, sulphites, soybeans, egg.

Chocolate sponge/cupcakes

Sponge: Plain flour, cocoa powder/black cocoa powder, caster sugar, bicarbonate of soda, sea salt, coffee, butter milk, vegetable oil, eggs. Topping: Butter, icing sugar, cocoa, milk, vanilla extract. Contains milk, egg, wheat, and gluten.

Vanilla sponge/cupcakes

Sponge: Caster sugar, vegetable oil, butter, eggs, flour, baking powder, milk, vanilla extract, funfetti (in funfetti sponge only). Topping: Butter, icing sugar, milk, vanilla extract. Contains milk, egg, wheat, and gluten.

Made in a bakery that also makes products containing peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and sulphites.
